- Professionally assess the maximum rent level for your property with rent reviews at the end of each lease period
- Marketing of your property (including advertising on 4 top real estate web sites) to ensure the widest choice of prospective tenants
- Personally escort prospective tenants through your property
- Find the best available tenants for your property
- Processing and double checking every tenants application submitted and give you the final choice as to the Successful tenant
- Collecting and banking of all rental monies
- Taking care of all maintenance
- The preparation of all documents required to commence a tenancy including leases, handling of bonds, condition reports etc
- Supervise and control the frequency of rent payments on your behalf
- Pay all outgoings on your behalf if required such as mortgage repayments, rates, body corporate, insurance etc
