It has been a really positive month and
we have included many informative updates
on what's new and happening on the Gold
Coast.
Our international team will be visiting
Sydney to conduct a Free Property Exhibition
at the Holiday Inn Darling Harbour from
Friday 11th to Sunday 13th May 2007 (1:00pm
to 7:00pm). There will be a team of professional
Property Specialists as well as a qualified
Financial Consultant to assist you with
your investment needs. Come along and take

This
month's recipe:
ANZAC BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS
¡P 1 cup quick cooking oats
¡P 3/4 cup flaked coconut
¡P 1 cup all-purpose flour
¡P 1 teaspoon baking soda
¡P 1 cup white sugar
¡P 1/2 cup butter
¡P 1 tablespoon golden syrup
¡P 2 tablespoons boiling water
DIRECTIONS
1.
Mix oats, flour, sugar and coconut
together.
2.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt
the syrup and butter together. Mix the soda
and the boiling water and add to the melted
butter and syrup.
3.Add
butter mixture to the dry ingredients. Drop
by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets (or
baking paper).
4.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for
18 to 20 minutes.
